Identification of Design Issues:
In the initial analysis, several problems were found in the design of the Kampoeng Steak website. First, the placement of contact information is unusual, placed at the top of the page while it is generally placed at the bottom. Second, the design looks stiff like a presentation slide and needs a dynamic touch. Third, the main page is not enough to attract readers to explore further. Fourth, the design is too dense with a busy background, reducing visual appeal. Fifth, there is a lack of brand and product information as there are no menu photos.
User Interviews:
Conduct interviews with users, both loyal customers and potential customers, to gain deeper insights into their preferences regarding the appearance and functionality of the Kampoeng Steak website. This will help understand the extent to which design issues affect user experience.
